The 2026 Vail Camporee will take place at Camp Whispering Pines, Mt. Lennon, AZ from Friday September 18th through Sunday September 20th. 

Please plan to arrive Friday between 4PM and 7PM. If you’ll need to arrive later than 7PM, please let us know so we can make arrangements to have someone greet you.  Departure on Sunday is no later than 10:30AM. 

The registration fee is $35 per person (Girl Scouts and adult volunteers) to attend.   Registration cover:

 -facility rental and lodging fees

-activity expenses (I.e. arts/craft supplies, archery and/or slingshot usage, etc.)

-an all camp lunch on Saturday 

-Elements themed patch and t-shirt representing the 2026 Camporee theme

All attendees must be registered with GSUSA for the current Girl Scout year which runs October 1, 2025 -September 30, 2026. All adult volunteers must be registered with background checks completed and approved prior to camp. All participants’ registration status will be verified with council prior to start  of camp.  

At least one adult from each troop must be First Aid and CPR trained and at least one adult from each troop must be Level 1 camp certified. While Troop Camp Certification Level 2 (TCCP) is optional for attendance, Level2 certification is required for building fires at camp. 

Troops will receive more information once registered and a non refundable troop deposit of $35 is paid. 

This program is available for all Girl Scout levels. 

Full balance is due no later than September 3, 2026.  Registration closes August 21, 2026.
