Come one, come all to our exciting Girl Scout Field Day and Picnic! We have a afternoon packed with fun games, delicious grilled food, and snacks galore. Join us to empower each other and connect with the community

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations and refund requests must be received in writing a minimum of 14 days prior to the start date of the program. Registrations are nontransferable. Cancellations received after the program start date will not be honored. In extreme circumstance, these guidelines may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Refunds are not issued for events with a fee of $10 or less. Refunds can be issued as either a program credit for the entire amount, or a partial refund in the original form of payment. Refund policy subject to change In the event that we (Girl Scouts of Southern Arizona) find it necessary to cancel, all registered participants will receive a full refund of payments made.
