Calling all adult volunteers wanting to learn more about Highest Awards! This virtual information session will review the prestigious Girl Scout awards: Bronze, Silver and Gold Awards. At this training, join other volunteers to understand what makes a successful project, understand where to find all the steps required to earn these awards and understand the different between “Take Action” and “Community Service” projects.

A troop calendar will also be provided and reviewed for a suggested schedule to complete prerequisite Journeys and Higher Award in a reasonable timeline.

 

This training is open to all volunteers in Leader, Co-Leader or Troop Support Volunteer roles.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations and refund requests must be received in writing a minimum of 7 days prior to the start date of the program. Cancellations received after the program start date will not be honored. In extreme circumstance, these guidelines may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. An Event Cancellation form must be completed and turned in at the time of cancellation. Forms are available at all Council Resource Centers and online. Refunds are not given for events with a fee of $10 or less or partner-sponsored. Refunds will be issued as either a program credit for the entire amount, or original method of payment. In the event that we (Girl Scouts of Southern Arizona) find it necessary to cancel, all registered participants will receive a full refund of payments made.
