Attention: Girls 12-17!
Is middle school stressing you out? Nervous about high school? Find some healthy ways to deal with your stress and busy schedule by taking some “me” time with a week dedicated to your health and wellness at Dreamcatchers camp. This week you’ll try yoga and other fun ways to move your body, the power of meditation and journaling, make healthy snacks with recipes you can take home, and explore DIY projects like making bath bombs and body scrubs to add to your self-care routine.
*This camp session requires a non-refundable $25 deposit to be paid at time of registration and deducted from total cost of the session. All sessions must be paid in full at least fourteen days prior to start of session.
